Rebonding/straightening my kinky hair is every salon's nightmare, and it usually takes a salon several rounds to get it right. It's difficult, but not impossible. However, I went to a really bad salon earlier this year (1/2020) in my home country, and they damaged my hair beyond repair. I could not go out of my house without ironing and putting loads of product on my hair.
I saw that Ash had really good reviews so I went here in the hopes of saving my hair. Ash was NOT able to straighten/repair the damage but boy, did they TRY THEIR BEST! I am still giving them a PERFECT SCORE for the GIANT effort that Okaji-san put in. I highly recommend this salon. I went there last Monday, 7/20/2020. My new hair, about 4 inches, were perfectly straightened. But the old hair was still frizzy and ro...

とても難しい施術でしたが、根元のクセだけでもキレイに
伸ばすことができてよかったです。
毛先のダメージのある部分は徐々にカットで無くしていきましょう。

but I'm glad that Iwas able to extend
it beautifully with just the root habit.
Gradually cut and remove the damajed part
of the hair tip.
