I now believe that you get what you pay for at Ash Hair Sakuragicho.
My previous 2 cuts were director level cuts, and in an effort to try and save some money, the quality of the cut did go down.
All other service was great.
I may look for a new salon in 6 weeks, I will consider for a while.
